Upgrade in the backyard
Check out our new table, umbrella, plants, cushions, planters, etc etc. We have been eating outside almost every evening and then letting the girls swim off their energy before bedtime. Classic summer in Austin!
Finally Four!
Mallory loved all her presents - she jumped right on the bike though we had to eventually exchange it for a smaller size. She also loved her new lap board, complete with cup holder, from Nana and Pop.
Then we prepared the loot for the big reveal on Mallory's actual birthday...4 roses at her seat and then a haul of gifts and a new bike!
We began the birthday celebration with an impromptu cupcake and ice cream party at school. Mallory didn't know we were coming and she was quite surprised!
Recital
Mallory had her end of year recital a few weeks ago. Her dance was "Got No Strings" from Pinocchio - and they were dressed as little puppets. It was quite a production! Mallory seemed to really enjoy it!
