Fall arrives in Austin

Mom's friend Cati, who lives in Chicago, stepped in to help. She sent me leaves! Now it officially feels like fall to me.

I have been a bit puzzled by fall. I know fall comes when the leaves turn red, orange, and yellow yet the leaves in Austin are still green. It is particularly confusing when Mom tells me I can't wear a sundress because it is fall. Doesn't look like fall to me!

The work begins...we did all our trick or treating with Thomas and Henry, our next door neighbors.

And last but not least, Byers gets a turn. His tractor noises were by far the best!
Finally!

Check out the subtle shoulder nudge to ensure my place as next on the tractor

Hadley had first dibs on the tractor...neither Byers nor I were very patient as we waited

It's fun being taller than Daddy!
