Happy birthday to us, Happy birthday to us!
My princess crown looks great, doesn't it?!
Miles enjoys his cupcake. Yum!

Hangin' with the Wyckoffs

The girls gang up on Miles!
Miles thinks it's funny that I eat dirt.
Man, Miles has some tasty keys!

Little Traveler

Walking through the airport, on our way to Chicago for my birthday party!
Woo hoo! Our plane is over an hour late! Let's play! Never mind that it is my bed time and I already have on my pjs.
Here I am conducting important business on my phone.
Waiting is fun (for me anyway).

My 12 month doctor visit...

No pics to post, but wanted to tell you that I weighed in at 23.7 lbs and am 29 1/2 inches tall! It seems as though my height is finally catching up with my weight, much to my mom's relief. However, Dr. Hargrave did tell me that I have an unusually large noggin'...all the more to hold my brains, I said!

Ribbons, boxes and paper - how fun!

I love ribbons!
Here I am with my grown up face. It makes my Mom sad that I look so much like a toddler.
See my Biddy Baby - I love her bunches!
Check out my new handbag - it's a ladybug! Thanks, Kyle and Audrey!

Father's Day

Happy Father's Day, Dad! Whatcha got there?

Check out my bike helmet - so I can ride safely with Dad in his new kiddie bike seat. Yippee!

Austin Birthday Party

Time for a pre-party bottle. Mom and Dad threw me a little shindig with some Austin friends. Here are some highlights!
Byers and I eye each other - it was strange at first to see him at my house. I usually only see him at school.
It was so good to see my friend, Hope. She has really grown up! I am jealous of her beautiful dark skin.
Mom is watching me as I almost trip Byers. Hope is peeking around Samy to see the action.
Hmph. Byers' food looks tasty and all I have are some puffs.
Got my own plate now - not that it will stop me from eating Byers' food.
Thanks, Mom, for the help with the candle.
Clothes off - hat on. Let the games begin.

One finger taste - just to be sure I like this cake.
Man, this stuff is good!

I invited Byers to jump in on the fun, but he was too much in awe of my single handed cake destruction to help out.
And the new heavyweight champion of the birthday cake is MALLORY!
Clean up time - and boy is that frosting sticky!
Everyone else had to share a cake. Suckers!

Family pics

Not sure what we are finding so interesting, but here I am with David at Magnolia for pancakes.
Me, Dad and my uncle David - coming in from pool time.
The whole family - almost. It's hard to get Zipper in a pic w/ Shaz.

My very own table and chairs

This chair is just right!
Well a chair is nice but what about a table?
Ah - here is my table! I will help Dad put on the last leg.

Sick day with Dad

Dad and I snoozed together since we were both home sick.

Tunnel time

Whee! Going through the tunnel!
Nana and Pop gave me a red wagon for my birthday - but so far, I have found the box to be more fun than the wagon!

It's official - I can walk!

Well, Mom and Dad tried to get a picture of my newest skill - but I move too fast! So this will have to do to prove that my balance is good enough that I can really walk. I zoomed all over the house all weekend and wore everyone (including myself!) out. Walking is the best!

My first boyfriend - Byers - turns ONE!

I really like to hold things - in both hands, preferrably. These little pint size water bottles are perfect!
That is some good cake!

Byers is diving into his cake - That is his mom w/ the blonde hair, his grandad in the cap and his teacher, Juliet in the blue Tshirt.

Pool time

All ready to go the neighborhood pool, when we find out it is closed. Oh well - let's head to the backyard!
Here's come the cold water - makes me laugh and giggle!
It's raining, it's pouring...
I know how to stop this silliness....
Plugged it up, finally!
I'm coming in!
What's going on back there?

Climbing in the chair - I like it b/c it is low to the ground so I can reach.
